Payments & withdrawals

Four ways to pay, one set of rules. Here's how money goes in and out of your Voodoo Slots account.

  • E-wallets

No credit cards

Gambling with a credit card isn't allowed in Great Britain. That includes e-wallets topped up by credit card.

The payment screen in My Account only lists methods that are connected to the platform. If a method isn't shown there, it isn't available for your account at that moment.

Making a deposit

  1. Choose a payment method. In My Account, open Deposit and pick Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer or an e-wallet.
  2. Enter the amount. The minimum deposit is £10.00. If you've set a deposit limit, you can't go over it: it counts every deposit in the last 24 hours, 7 days or 1 month, whichever periods you set, and withdrawals don't free up room.
  3. Check the payment details. Before anything is sent, we show the method and amount so you can check them. Your bank or wallet may ask you to approve the payment.
  4. Confirm. The deposit appears in Transaction History with its status.

Deposits are only possible once your account is verified. Any limits or charges that apply are shown on the payment screen before you confirm.

How your money is held

Our licence requires us to tell you what happens to the funds we hold on account for you, and the extent to which they are protected if BXO Holdings Limited became insolvent. You'll see this statement, and confirm you've read it, before your first deposit.

We hold customer funds separate from company funds. The extent to which your funds would be protected if BXO Holdings Limited became insolvent is to be confirmed by BXO Holdings Limited before this page is relied on. This meets the Gambling Commission's requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the level: to be confirmed.

More on protection ratings on the Gambling Commission website and in section 9 of our Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawing money

  1. Make sure your account is verified. We can't pay out to an account that hasn't passed the age and identity check.
  2. Open Withdrawal in My Account. Choose where the money should go and enter the amount. The minimum withdrawal is £10.00.
  3. Follow the status. Each request is listed with its current status until it's complete.

Where possible we pay back to the method you deposited with. This is a standard anti-money laundering rule. If that method can't receive payments, we'll pay to another method in your name, such as a bank account.

We don't promise a fixed payout time. How long a withdrawal takes depends on our checks, including any extra verification, and on how quickly your bank or payment provider processes the money.

Why verification comes first

UK rules require us to confirm your age and identity before you deposit or gamble. We may also ask where your money comes from if your deposits are high or change quickly. This protects you, and it stops stolen cards and other people's accounts being used on the site.

Read how the checks work on the Account verification page.
